摘要
为分析奥硝唑治疗牙周牙髓病的应用效果以及临床价值,选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的100例牙周牙髓病患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规根治性治疗;观察组患者使用奥硝唑+地塞米松暂封后根管治疗,分析相关结果。结果:对照组治疗有效率为76.00%,观察组治疗有效率为98.00%。组间数据存在明显差异,P<0.05。与对照组相比较,观察组患者发生牙周炎以及叩痛例数明显较少,P<0.05。结论:对于牙周牙髓病患者使用奥硝唑治疗,能够全面提升治疗的有效率,减少患者的痛苦且安全性强,值得进一步在临床中推广使用。
In order to analyze the effect and clinical value of ornidazole in the treatment of periodontal pulp,we selected100 patients with periodontal pulp disease from May,2016 to May 2017,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each for 50 cases.The control group received conventional radical treatment while observation group of patients with orchidazole＋ dexamethasone temporary root canal treatment.Results show that the effective rate was 76.00% in the control group and 98.00% in the observation group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the number of periodontitis and percussion cases were significantly less in the observation group（P0.05）.The use of metronidazole in patients with periodontal pulpitis can improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the pain and safety of patients,and be worthy of further use in clinical practice.
