摘要
我国既有建筑总数占到建筑的大多数,由于种种原因,用途和规模相近的不同既有建筑的能耗,存在着巨大的差别。因此,如果不抓紧开展既有建筑节能改造,建筑节能的成效就相当有限。主要研究了公共建筑节能改造、居住建筑节能改造等技术与方法。
The total number of existing buildings in China accounts for the majority of buildings.There are huge differences in the energy consumption of existing buildings due to various reasons with similar uses and scales.Therefore,if we do not pay close attention to the construction of energy-saving building,the energy efficiency of building is quite limited.The energy-saving technology and methods of public building energy-saving transformation and residential building energy-saving transformation were mainly studied.
