摘要
培养学生科学文化素质和思想道德素质是目前各大高校教学的主要目标。在巨大的社会压力下,择业难、就业难等一系列问题影响着学生的心理状态。对大学生心理健康教育的途径和方法进行分析与探讨,希望对未来大学生身心健康发展有所帮助。
Cultivating students＇ scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral quality is the main goal of teaching at present.The enormous social pressure,career difficulties,employment difficulties and a series of problems affect the students＇ psychological state.This paper analyzes the ways and methods of mental health education of college students,hoping to help the future development of college students＇ physical and mental health.
