师生关系对学生语言学习的影响及对策

The influence of teacher-student relationship on students' language learning and the countermeasures

教学改革已开展多年,但多侧重教师个人素质的拓展、教学方式以及考试模式的改革,关于师生关系对于大学英语学习的研究相对较少。如何构建融洽良好的师生关系是激发学生学习兴趣、提高教学效果的关键。分析了不同历史时期师生关系及对学习者的影响,根据实际情况进行了调查研究,并在此基础上,提出构建良好师生关系的策略。

Teaching reform has been carried out for many years,but it has put more emphasis on the development of individual qualities of teachers,teaching methods and the reform of the examination model,while the emphasis on the relationship between teachers and students for college English learning is relatively small.How to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the key to stimulate students to learn and improve teaching effectiveness.The influence of teacher-student relationship in different historical periods and the influence on learners were analyzed,and the strategy of constructing good teacher-student relationship was put forward based on this.
