随着社会的发展与变革,我国对消费者权益的法律保护也越来越重视,但仍有很多消费者的合法权益无法得到保障,阻碍了和谐社会的构建。加大对消费者权益的法律保护力度,是推动社会发展、实现社会和谐的必然要求。消费者权益的保护工作需要全社会的共同努力。国家应高度重视,鼓励并支持各组织进行全面监督,严格打击侵害消费者权益的行为。另外,应发挥大众传媒的力量,利用舆论进行监督。通过大众媒介向消费者宣传维权意识。我们应正视维权道路上存在的问题与不足,理性的分析原因,制定对策,建立更多途径的维权通道,加大对不法侵权者的打击力度,将消费者权益的保护向法制化、制度化方向发展,以更好的维护消费者权益,推进社会主义市场经济的繁荣发展。探讨消费者权益保护现状并分析其存在的不足,并就如何加大消费者权益保护提出对策。

With the development and reform of society,the legal protection of consumers＇ rights and interests is paid more and more attention.However,there are still many legitimate rights and interests of consumers that can not be guaranteed,which has hindered the construction of harmonious society.To increase the protection of the rights and interests of consumers is an inevitable requirement to promote social development and achieve social harmony.The protection of consumer rights requires the joint efforts of society as a whole.The state should attach great importance to encourage and support the organizations to conduct comprehensive supervision and strictly crack down on violations of consumer rights.In addition,it should play the power of the mass media and take the use of public opinion to monitor.We should face up to the problems and deficiencies in the path of rights protection,rationally analyze the reasons,formulate countermeasures,establish more channels of right protection,increase the crackdown on illegal infringers,so as to protect the consumer rights to the trend of legalization and institutionalization,and better safeguard the interests of consumers and promote the prosperous development of socialist market economy.It explores the status quo of consumer rights protection and analyzes its shortcomings,and puts forward countermeasures on how to ensure right protection of consumers.
