为提高战时车辆保障能力,确保部队圆满完成作战任务,必须加强战时车辆管理。从分析部队战时车辆管理的特点入手,阐述部队战时车辆管理的基本原则,提出部队战时车辆管理应掌握车辆动态信息、强化车辆维修、加强车辆伪装防卫和做好临战应急训练等4项主要内容。

To improve vehicle support capacity in wartime and ensure accomplishing combat tasks,we should strengthen vehicle management in wartime. The paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and the fundamental principles of vehicle management in wartime. Then,it puts forward that we should grasp following 4 contents to manage vehicles in wartime：mastering dynamic information of vehicles,intensifying vehicle maintenance,strengthening camouflage and defense of vehicles,and preparing for emergency training.
