Because of special attribute changes and different support tasks for civilian cargoboat applying in military,it is complicated and difficult in use management of civilian cargoboat. The paper firstly analyzes the main problems existing in military application of civilian cargoboat. Then,it studies and puts forward countermeasures on improving use management efficiency of civilian boat,which can provide reference for promoting standardized and combat-oriented support level of managing civilian boat.
