为最大限度地调动学员学习积极性,使其自觉主动地探索认识和解决问题的方法与步骤,改革传统教学模式,探索将研究型教学模式应用于军事装卸装备课程的教学中,并对该教学模式应用过程需要注意的问题提出合理化建议,从而全方位提高教学效果,使学员更积极主动地学习和掌握各种常用军事装卸装备的结构、原理及其基本应用,为后续课程学习及岗位任职打下良好技术基础。

To furthest arouse students＇ learning enthusiasm and make them explore understanding and problem-solving methods and steps on their own,the paper firstly reforms the traditional teaching pattern,and applies research-oriented teaching pattern in the course of military loading-and-unloading equipment. Then,it puts forward rationalization proposals to improve teaching effect,and make students study and grasp the structure,principle and basic application of military loading-and-unloading equipment actively,which can lay a good technical foundation for their further study and post.
