三亚乡村低碳体育旅游模式创新研究

Research on Low Carbon Sport Tourism Mode Innovation in Rural Sanya

采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地考察及个案分析等方法,从乡村低碳体育旅游产业链的创建、乡村低碳体育旅游社区的创建和基于政府主导的低碳保障措施三个方面构建起三亚乡村低碳体育旅游创新模式。首先,将循环经济理论融入到乡村低碳体育旅游开发与建设的生产活动全过程中,通过乡村低碳农业资源循环链创设、乡村低碳体育旅游产品研发以及废弃物循环再利用系统创设三个方面构建起乡村低碳体育旅游产业链;其次,通过乡村社区科学规划与新农村建设相融合、营造乡村低碳社区环境以及倡导社区农民低碳生产生活方式三个方面构建起乡村低碳体育旅游社区,为乡村低碳体育旅游的发展提供了一个低碳环境,也使得乡村低碳体育旅游的发展成为新农村建设一个引擎;再次,以各级政府部门为主导,引领体育旅游业及其游客积极参与到乡村低碳体育旅游的开发与建设中,这为乡村低碳体育旅游的开发提供了政策制度、资金投入、教育引导、管理人才培养以及监督与协调等方面的低碳保障。并提出相应对策建议。

Using the methods of literature,expert interview,field survey and case analysis,the innovated mode of LC sport tourism in rural Sanya is constructed from 3 aspects: the establishment of LC sport tourism industry chain,the found of LC sport tourism communities,and government guided LC guarantee implementations. First,introducing the theory of circular economy into tourism exploration and constructions,and building the industry chain by the found of rural LC agriculture resources endless chain,LC tourism product research,and waste recycling system. Second,building the tourism communities through the blend of rural community scientific planning and construction of new countryside,constructing rural LC environment,and advocating community farmers to produce low carbon way of life. The aim is to create a LC environment and make LC sport tourism a new engine for rural development. Third,governments should guide sport tourism and its tourists to get involved in the explore and construction of LC sport tourism,which offers the tourism exploration with politics,funds,educational guide,management of talents cultivation,as well as supervision and coordination. Related suggestions are also provided.
