校园足球的有效推进策略

Effective Promotion Strategy of Campus Football

校园足球作为足球运动后备人才培养的沃土,近年来得到了一定程度的发展。国家相关法规及政策的相继出台,有力的推动了校园足球的发展,但由于我国足球人口基数小、相关法律法规不够健全、经费匮乏、教练员水平偏低、制度不够健全等原因,阻碍了校园足球的发展。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,从顶层设计、经费投入、有偿输送、家校结合、四级联动、体教结合、"走出去,请进来"等几个方面提出助推和提升校园足球的开展。

Campus is developing in recent years as the foundation for football talent cultivation. The carry out of national laws and regulations promotes its development effectively. However, there are some obstacles—incomplete regulations,insufficient budget,and inadequate capability of coaches. By using literature material,expert interview,and mathematical statistics methods,this paper tries to promote the development of campus football by top design,budget input,paid transfer,combination of school and family,four level coupling effects,combination of sport and education,as well as going out and bring in strategy.
