普通高校体育专业运动人体科学类课程教学保障体系的构建

Construction of Teaching Guarantee System for Course of Exercise Human Science of Physical Education in Ordinary Colleges and Universities

运动人体科学类课程主要指包括运动生理学、运动解剖学、运动生物化学、体育保健学、运动生物力学等以自然科学体系为基本知识框架的课程体系。作为体育专业学生学业课程的重要组成部分,运动人体科学类课程的学习与其他体育理论课程有着极大的区别,因此运动人体科学课程的教学与其他体育理论课程之间也有着较大的区别和特殊性。本文通过对当下普通高校体育学科运动人体科学课程教学现状的梳理和分析,以期构建合理、科学且有效的运动人体科学课程保障体系。研究认为,普通高校应从以下几个方面对运动人体科学课程教学进行优化和构建:多途径的提高教学效果和教学水平、建立完善有效的评价和考核机制、通过运动实践感知与理解课本理论知识、注重学生实践技术和实践能力的培养以及设立社会实践服务基地等。

Exercise Human Science courses form a basic knowledge framework mainly includes sports physiology,sports anatomy,sports biochemistry,sports,health,sports biomechanics,and other natural science systems. As an important part of the academic curriculum for physical education students,there are great differences between exercise human science curriculum and other sports theory courses. Therefore,there is a great difference and particularity between the teaching of exercise human science curriculum and other sports theory courses. In order to construct a reasonable,scientific and effective system for scientific curriculum of exercise human science,this paper combs and analyzes the present situation of physical education of sports subjects in sports disciplines.Research suggests that the college should optimize and construct the teaching of exercise human science curriculum in the following aspects: improve teaching effect and teaching level in numerous ways; establish and improve effective evaluation and assessment mechanism; understanding textbook knowledge through the exercise practice;focus on the cultivation of students ' practical skills and practical ability,as well as the establishment of social practice service base and so on.
