摘要
武术在强身健体、调节心境方面的作用得到了广泛的认同。本研究采用实验法对武术教学在大学生身心健康方面的促进作用进行检验,选取21名大二学生进行为期15周的武术课程教学,在实验前后分别对被试的肺活量、握力、立定跳远、台阶试验等体质指标进行测量,采用《症状自评量表SCL-90》对被试实验前后心理健康指标进行测量。结果表明:在实验前后男女大学生的各项体质指标均显著提高,其焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、躯体化上的得分武术教学后相比武术教学前明显下降,说明武术教学对大学生身心健康具有积极的促进作用。
The role of Wushu in physical fitness and mood regulation has been widely recognized. This research adopts the experimental method to examine the role of Wushu teaching in college students ' physical and mental health,and 21 sophomore are chooses to get involved in a Wushu teaching course for 15 weeks. Vital capacity,grip strength,standing long jump,step test and other indicators are tested before and after the experiment respectively,and SCL-90 is used to test the mental health indicators. The results showed that: the physical indicators of both male and female students are significantly increased after the experiment. Scores on anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and somatization decline obviously,which means Wushu plays a positive role in promoting physical and mental health of College students.
