体育游戏法在高校篮球教学中的运用研究——以吉首大学为例

Study on the Application of Sport Games in College Basketball Teaching——Take Jishou University as An Example

体育游戏是以身体练习为基本手段,以提高学生上课兴趣、增强学生体质,进而提高体育教学效果的一种教学形式。本文对体育游戏法在吉首大学篮球公共课中的运用现状进行调查,分析了体育游戏在篮球公共课的运用现状及不足,并提出相应建议,以促进学生学习体育兴趣的提高,增强学生体质,优化体育教学效果,为广大高校体育工作者提供有价值参考。

Sports games is a teaching form that uses body exercise as the basic means to improve students sport interest,strengthen students' physical conditions,and improve teaching effects. This paper investigates the current status of using sport games in public basketball classes in Jishou University,analyzes its application status and problems,and offers related suggestions. The aim is to promote students' sport interests,enhance their body fitness,optimize PE effects,and provide valuable references for college sport teachers.
