大强度体力活动对大学生健康体适能影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:HIIT作为学校体育课程内容的拓宽,作为新兴的体育课程内容,对促进大学生的全面发展有着重要的意义。本研究对HIIT课程化的理论探讨结合4周HIIT课程干预,旨在探讨4周HIIT课程对大学生健康体适能的影响,为HIIT课程化提供依据。方法:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和实验法,选取东南大学40名大学生,随机分成两个教学班,两个教学班教学时长、强度和负荷安排一致。实验前后对所有受试者的心血管适能、身体成分、柔韧适能、腹部肌肉适能进行测试,运用EXCELL和SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析。结果:通过4周HIIT课程,大学生的健康体适能各项指标都有了较明显的提高,其中腹部肌肉适能和身体成分呈现显著性差异(P<0.01),柔韧适能和心血管适能呈现明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:四周HIIT课程干预能有效改善大学生健康体适能,对大学生健康促进有着重要意义,综合HIIT课程化理论探讨、实验结果以及学生对课程满意度的反馈认为,HIIT可以作为大学体育选修课供大学生根据自身情况自由选择,但HIIT课程内容更需要严谨的教学设计,并在实践中不断完善。 Objective: HIIT as the extension content of the school physical education curriculum,and a new sports curriculum content,has important significance in promoting the comprehensive development of college students. In this study,the theory of HIIT curriculum is discussed in combination with 4 weeks of HIIT curriculum intervention.The purpose is to explore the effects of 4 weeks HIIT curriculum on college students' health fitness,and to provide basis for HIIT curriculum. Methods: Using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment method,this paper selects 40 college students from southeast university who are randomly divided into two classes with same teaching time,intensity and load arrangement. The cardiovascular fitness,body composition,flexibility,and abdominal muscle fitness of all subjects are tested before and after the experiment,and the statistical analysis is performed by using EXCELL and SPSS22. 0 software. Results: After 4 weeks of HIIT course,college students' health fitness indexes are improved obviously,including abdominal muscle fitness and body composition show a significant difference( P < 0. 01),and flexible fitness and cardiovascular fitness show significant difference( P < 0.05). Conclusion: 4 weeks HIIT curriculum intervention can improve college students' physical fitness,and of great significance to promote the health of college students. It is concluded by integrating curriculum theory,HIIT comprehensive experimental results and feedback from the students that HIIT can be used as the university sports elective courses for students to choose freely according to their own situation. However,the content of HIIT course need to be designed more rigorously,and to be improved continuously in practice.
