摘要
本文采用文献法、实验法、统计法以及对比分析法,探究俯桥练习与仰卧曲腿收腹练习对中考生立定跳远成绩的影响。以运城市某中学参加中考体育测试的男生作为实验对象,并把这些男生分为实验班和对照班。在实验班经过两个半月的训练后,对实验班和对照班进行立定跳远成绩测试,通过对实验结果的整理统计和与对照班的对比分析,得出以下结论:1.俯桥练习与仰卧曲腿收腹练习配合常规立定跳远力量训练,可有效提高中学生立定跳远成绩;2.在提高中学生立定跳远成绩的训练手段中,仰卧曲腿收腹练习比俯桥练习效果更好。
By using literature,experimental,and statistical methods,this paper discusses the influence of abdominal bridge and bend knee toe touch in high school entrance exam. Through statistical study and comparative analysis,the following results are concluded: first,the combine of these 2 methods and regular sanding long jump strength training can enhance performance effectively; second,the effect of bend knee toe touch is better than abdominal bridge in actual training.
