跆拳道比赛伦理的缺失及救援方案

Absence of Taekwondo Competition Ethics and Rescue Plan

在对跆拳道比赛伦理缺失现象进行阐述的基础上,分析认为领导人伦理问题存在比赛造假、修改运动员年龄、升学舞弊等现象;裁判方面出现裁判员收受贿赂后打关系分、人情分、比赛造假等非伦理性行为现象;选手方面表现于服用药物、在赛场上辱骂甚至殴打裁判、罢赛罢练、过分的爱国主义等非伦理的行为。提出了加强领导力和找回权威性;加强体育伦理道德教育和提出远景规划以及创造跆拳道价值的救援策略。

Based on illustration of the absence of taekwondo competition ethics,this paper makes the following statements: on leadership,phenomenon occurs such as fabrication during competitions,revise on ages of athletes and malpractices in entrance exams; on judgment,judges scores based on relationship to cheats in games; on players,drug abuse,insulting and beating judges on court,striking and excessive patriotism occur. All above phenomenon are immoral. Meanwhile,this paper has proposes rescue strategies such as strengthening leadership,retrieving authority,enhancing education of sports ethics and morality,putting forward a perspective long-term plan,as well as creating values for taekwondo.
