醒脑静注射液联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

Curative effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的分析醒脑静注射液联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2015-01—2016-06河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的64例风痰阻络型急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,对照组应用醒脑静注射液静滴,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药汤剂半夏白术天麻汤。结果对照组总有效率81%,治疗组为93%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前2组神经功能缺损评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合半夏白术天麻汤可改善急性脑梗死(风痰阻络型)患者神经功能缺损及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-four cases with acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group had 32 cases.Xingnaojing injection was applied to the both groups and the treatment group additionally received Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion.Results Total effective rate of control group was 81% and which of the treatment group was 93%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).There was no significant difference in neurological function deficit scores before treatment(P>0.05),but which were significantly less in the treatment group after treatment compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decotion can improve the neurological function deficits and the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type.
