摘要
采用充填的方法来保证充填体的稳定性,降低矿柱内部应力集中或内部损伤。分析了爆破振动的传播规律,分析充填体的作用机理,再运用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟不同配比充填体在爆破振动下对矿柱稳定性的影响,根据塑性位移大小与应力变化来判断充填体的匹配程度。分析结果表明,适当提高水泥的含量,这种稳定性会随之加强,超过一定限度后,再增大水泥用量对改善充填体稳定性影响并不大。
In the paper,the filling method is used to ensure the stability of the filling body and reduce the internal stress concentration or internal damage.This paper analyzes the propagation law of blasting vibration,analyzes the mechanism of the filling body,and then uses LS-DYNA finite element software to simulate the effect of different ratio filling on the stability of the pillar under blasting vibration.According to the change of plastic displacement size and stress,it determines the degree of matching of the filling body.The results show that the increase of the cement content will increase the stability of the filling body.After it exceeds a certain limit,the increase of cement content has little effect on improving the stability of the filling body.
