摘要
对以构树为原料,经过亚硫酸盐法全树制浆,得到的制浆废水经过微滤膜(MF)进行污水处理。通过系列单因素试验,探索制浆废水处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明试验最佳条件为:2×10-6的PAM预处理,选用N130型微滤膜,过膜温度25℃、过膜压力0.3 MPa。在此工艺条件下,对构树全树亚硫酸盐法制浆废水中COD的去除率达95.14%,BOD的去除率达87.86%,电导率的去除率达94%。
The slurry wastewater was treated by the microfiltration membrane(MF).Through the series of single-factor test,the optimum technological conditions for the treatment of wastewater treatment were preliminarily explored.Results show that the best conditions for the experiment are 2 ppm PAM pretreatment,choosing type N130 microfiltration membrane,membrane temperature 25℃,and membrane pressure 0.3 MPa.In this process,the removal rate of COD is 95.14%,the removal rate of BOD 87.86%,and the removal rate of the conductivity 94%.
