京津冀协同发展背景下远程高等教育研究

Research on Distance Higher Education in the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

京津冀一体化作为我国最重要的国家战略之一,为区域内远程高等教育的合作与发展带来了历史性机遇。远程高等教育学校应进一步明确定位,协同发展,集中发力,克服各自为战、品牌弱化、招生下滑的困境,通过健全远程高等教育制度保障体系,建立全方位的人才质量评价机制,构建一体化的公共服务平台,探索新型开放办学模式,加强远程高等教育协同发展研究等措施,促进京津冀地区教育资源的均衡,全方位培养创新型、应用型人才,为完善终身教育体系、建设学习型社会发挥更大的作用。

The integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become one of the most important national strategies in China,which brings historic opportunities for the cooperation and development of distance higher education in the region.The distance higher education institutions should further clarify the positioning,coordinate the development,focus on force,overcome the dilemma of each own independent striving,brand weakening and enrollment decline.It should establish a comprehensive talent quality evaluation mechanism,build integrated public service platform,explore the new open education model,strengthen the coordinated development of distance higher education through the sound distance higher education security system,thus to promote the balance of educational resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,training innovative and applied talents in an all-round way,so as to play agreater role in improving the lifelong education system and the learning society.
