摘要
专接本大学生就业已成为全社会普遍关注的问题,专接本大学生就业竞争力内涵包括专接本大学生自身外在条件、职业精神、综合素质能力和专业能力四个部分。目前影响专接本大学生就业竞争力的因素体现在基础竞争力薄弱、核心竞争力不强以及来自社会和家庭等诸多其他因素。提升专接本大学生就业竞争力可从以下几个方面考虑:改变传统的就业观念、全面提升综合能力、培养精深专业技能、提供前沿性的培训等。
It has become a common concern of the whole society for the employment of college students from specialized subject upgrading to undergraduate level.The connotation of employment competitiveness of specialized-to-undergraduate students includes four parts:students' own external conditions,professional spirit,comprehensive quality ability and professional capacity.At present,the factors that affect the employment competitiveness of these college students are:weak in basic competitiveness,weak in core competitiveness and many other factors from society and family.To improve the employment competitiveness of these students can be considered from the following aspects:changing the traditional concept of employment,enhancing the comprehensive ability,cultivating intensive professional skills,providing cutting-edge training.
