Composition and Promotion Approach of Employment Competitiveness for Specialized-to-undergraduate Students

专接本大学生就业已成为全社会普遍关注的问题,专接本大学生就业竞争力内涵包括专接本大学生自身外在条件、职业精神、综合素质能力和专业能力四个部分。目前影响专接本大学生就业竞争力的因素体现在基础竞争力薄弱、核心竞争力不强以及来自社会和家庭等诸多其他因素。提升专接本大学生就业竞争力可从以下几个方面考虑:改变传统的就业观念、全面提升综合能力、培养精深专业技能、提供前沿性的培训等。

It has become a common concern of the whole society for the employment of college students from specialized subject upgrading to undergraduate level.The connotation of employment competitiveness of specialized-to-undergraduate students includes four parts：students＇ own external conditions,professional spirit,comprehensive quality ability and professional capacity.At present,the factors that affect the employment competitiveness of these college students are：weak in basic competitiveness,weak in core competitiveness and many other factors from society and family.To improve the employment competitiveness of these students can be considered from the following aspects：changing the traditional concept of employment,enhancing the comprehensive ability,cultivating intensive professional skills,providing cutting-edge training.
