高校共青团引导校园文化治理问题研究

Study on the Governance of Campus Culture by the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities

高校校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是中华民族伟大复兴的基本条件,而校园文化治理能力的提升关系着国家文化治理现代化进程。高校共青团作为校园文化治理的领路人、责任人,在校园文化治理体系构建中发挥着关键作用,但同时也面临主体话语权较弱、社会思潮把握力不足、传统文化资源融合力不够、精神文化生产力滞缓等问题,需要从文化自觉、文化自主、文化自信、文化共同四个维度入手,引领校园文化治理能力提升和治理体系健全。

College campus culture is an important part of advanced socialist culture,which is the basic condition of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The improvement of campus cultural governance ability is related to the process of modernization of national cultural governance.As the leader and liability bearer of the campus culture governance,the Communist Youth League plays a key role in the construction of the campus culture management system.It also faces with the problems as：the subject discourse power is weak,insufficient social ideological grasp,not enough integration force of traditional cultural resources,lagging of spiritual and cultural productivity.It is necessary to start from the four dimensions of cultural consciousness,cultural autonomy,cultural self-confidence and cultural common,leading the improvement of campus culture management ability and the governance system.
