声辐射力脉冲成像技术评价低温条件下兔肾实质弹性变化 被引量:1

Assessment on elasticity of rabbits' kidneys in low temperature by acoustic radiation force impulse

摘要 目的探讨声辐射力脉冲成像(ARFI)技术评价低温条件下兔肾实质弹性变化的应用价值。方法将20只新西兰兔平均分为5组,每组4只,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组-14℃^-5℃低温处理4 h,Ⅲ组-14℃^-5℃低温处理8 h,Ⅳ组-24℃^-15℃低温处理4 h,Ⅴ组-24℃^-15℃低温处理8 h。应用二维超声和ARFI技术观察各组肾实质回声,测量肾实质剪切波速度(SWV)。结果各组实验兔肾实质回声无明显改变。与Ⅰ组比较,各实验组SWV值均增大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组SWV值增大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与Ⅳ组比较,Ⅴ组SWV值增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ARFI技术可以反映低温条件下兔肾实质弹性的改变,为临床研究低温导致肾脏损伤的早期诊断提供有意义的信息。 Objective To explore the application value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) in assessing the elasticity of rabbits renal parenchyma in low temperature.Methods Twenty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,4 rabbits in each group.Group Ⅰ,the control,was set under room tempterature,group Ⅱ was put under-14℃^-5℃for 4 h,group Ⅲ was put under -14℃^-5℃ for 8 h,group Ⅳ was put under -24℃^-15℃ for 4 h,groupⅤ was put under -24℃ ^-15℃ for 8 h.The echo of kidneys were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound,and shear wave velocity (SWV) were measured to analyze elasticity of kidney parenchyma quantitatively by ARFI.Results No significant change of kidneys echo was found in all groups.Compared with group Ⅰ,the SWV of the other groups were significantly increased (P<0.05).Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the SWV of group Ⅳ and Ⅴwere significantly increased (P<0.05).Compared with group Ⅳ,the SWV of group Ⅴ was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion ARFI can reflect the changes of elasticity in rabbits' kidneys in low temperature and provide useful information for the early diagnosis of renal damage caused by low temperature for clinical research.
