经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜(PTED)技术用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2015年7月石家庄市第二医院在局麻下行PTED手术治疗的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,对所有患者术前、术后1周及术后3个月进行Oswestry功能障碍(ODI指数)评定和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),术后1周及3个月采用Macnab进行疗效评级。结果术后1周优良率为81.0%,术后3个月为89.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周及3个月VAS评分较术前下降(P<0.05),而术后3个月与术后1周相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周及3个月ODI评分较术前下降,且术后3个月较术后1周低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2例患者术后1周症状无明显改善,再次行椎间盘镜手术后症状明显缓解;4例患者术后出现神经根水肿,予以对症处理后症状好转。结论 PTED用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,且发症少。
