温室大棚温湿度智能监控系统的设计与实现 被引量:23

摘要 针对传统温室温湿度监控系统存在的稳定性和精度不足,以及温室大棚环境内布线复杂的问题,在现有的温室自动监控系统的基础上,搭建了基于STM32单片机的温室大棚温湿度智能监控系统。系统采用DS18B20温度传感器检测空气温度,SHT10湿度传感器检测空气湿度。检测数据结果通过串行通信发送至MCGS触摸屏进行实时显示。MCGS触摸屏根据预先设定温湿度范围对数据进行判断处理,发出相应的警报,并启动相应的执行机构对温室大棚内的环境进行调控。利用数据传输单元(DTU),将现场检测到的温湿度数据传送给监控中心,实现了对温室温湿度的远程监控。实地测试表明,温室大棚温湿度智能监控系统的温度检测精度为±0.2℃,湿度检测精度为±3%RH。相对传统的监控系统,智能监控系统具有运行稳定性好、反应迅速、界面操作简单、自动化程度较高、方便扩展和集中式监控等特点。系统检测精度可以满足普通温室大棚的要求,投入成本低,适合在农业应用领域推广。 In view of the lack of stability and accuracy in the traditional temperature and humidity monitoring system for greenhouse,and the problem of wiring complexity in greenhouse environment; under the premise of the existing greenhouse automatic monitoring system,and based on STM32 single chip computer,the intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system of greenhouse is set up.In this system,DS18 B20 temperature sensor is used to detect air temperature,and SHT10 humidity sensor is used to detect air humidity; the results of detected data are sent to the MCGS touch screen through serial communication for real-time display.In according to the preset temperature and humidity range,the MCGS touch screen judges and processes the data,and provides appropriate warning and alarming,and starts corresponding actuators to control environment in the greenhouse.By using the data transmission unit (DTU),the temperature and humidity data detected in the field are transmitted to the monitoring center,and remote monitoring of greenhouse temperature and humidity is realized.Field tests show that the detection accuracy of temperature is ± 0.2 ℃,and the detection accuracy of humidity is ± 3% RH.Compared with traditional monitoring system,the intelligent monitoring and control system has many advantages,such as stable operation,fast response,simple operation interface and high level automation.The detection accuracy of system can satisfy the requirements of ordinary greenhouse,and low costs is suitable for agricultural applications.
