摘要
研究了真空度、界面温度和粗糙度对特厚板复合轧制复合效果的影响。真空度和界面温度对复合效果的影响通过热模拟实验获得,粗糙度对复合效果的影响采用等效变形法在二辊轧机上获得。研究结果表明:真空度和界面温度对轧制复合效果作用明显,适当提高真空度和温度有利于改善轧制复合效果;表面粗糙度对板坯轧制复合效果影响明显,减小表面粗糙度可增强复合效果,实际生产可综合考虑生产成本适当减小粗糙度。
Influences of vacuum degree, temperature and surface roughness on compound effec-tivenesses in ultra heavy plate clad rolling were studied herein. Experiments of vacuum degree and temperature’s influences on the compound effectivenesses were conducted on a thermal simulation test machine, while experiments of surface roughness’s influences on the compound effectivenesses were carried out on a 2-h mill based on equivalent deformation method. Research results show that the effects of vacuum degree and temperature on the compound effectivenessesobvious, it is beneficial to improve the compound effectivenesses by increasing the temperature. The effects of surface roughness on the compound effectivenesses of heavy plate rolling are also obvious, and the smaller roughness enhances the compound effectsivenesses. Because the costs of production increase exponentially as the roughness levels up, in the actual production the roughness may be decrease properly.
