摘要
本文介绍了一种C波段前端T/R组件的电路原理设计和实现。氮化镓功率放大器件的应用有效提高了组件效率,减小组件的体积,具有更高的热稳定性;微带传输线的应用进一步减小组件的体积,并获取较高的隔离度和方向性。
In this paper, the design and realization of a C-band front-end T/R module are introduced. The application of Ga N power amplifier can effectively improve the efficiency of module, reduce the volume, and achieve higher thermal stability. Microstrip line is used to reduce the volume of the T/R module, high isolation and directivity are achieved.
