摘要 互联网对高等教育的影响日益显现,慕课、翻转课堂等各种基于互联网的教学创新纷纷涌现,互联网+时代需要大量的软件创客人才,然现高职软件技术专业在人才培养过程中存在目标不明确、课程体系不科学、教学形态不先进、教学资源不丰富、评价体系不完善等问题,要从根本上解决这些问题,必须改革人才培养模式,"应用创新导向、提升综合素养能力"的高职软件技术专业"123456"人才培养模式是提高高职软件技术专业人才培养质量的有效途径。 The impact of the Internet on higher education has become increasingly apparent, and various teaching innovations based on Internet have sprung up, such as "Mu class","flip class" and so on, Internet plus age needs a large number of software creating talents, so the software technology specialty of Higher Vocational Education in the process of personnel training problems in the form o f teaching goal is not clear, the curriculum system is not scientific and advanced, not rich teaching resources, evaluation system is not perfect, to solve these problems fundamentally, must reform the personnel training mode, the n123456 oriented" talent training model of higher vocational software technology which applies innovation orientation and promotes comprehensive literacy ability is an effective way to improve the quality o f talent training of software technology professionals in Higher Vocational education.
