摘要
介绍了VHP型主轴承盖的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了工艺开发过程中的2种工艺方案,利用MAGMA数值模拟软件对2种方案进行对比,最后采取的工艺方案为:冒口设置在横浇道中,内浇道作为冒口颈对铸件进行补缩,热节被引到冒口内,保证铸件顺序凝固,同时减少冒口数量,提高了工艺出品率和操作效率。生产结果显示:生产的80件铸件中,有77件铸件的各项性能符合技术要求,铸件合格率达96.3%。对铸件进行全身MT、UT、RT检测,均未发现缺陷。随机抽取1件进行解剖,做PT检测,也未发现任何缺陷。
The casting configuration and technical requirements was introduced. Two casting method schemes tried in the development process were described in detail and compared by using MAGMA numeral simulation software. The casting method finally adopted was:the risers were set on the runner bar,the ingates acted as the riser neck to feed the casting,the hot spots were led into the risers that guaranteed the casting solidifying directionally and reduced the number of risers and thereby elevated process yield and operation efficiency. The production result showed that 77 castings of the 80 castings produced met all properties requirements,the casting percent of pass reached 96.3%. All castings were whole boy MT,UT,RT test and no defect was found. A randomly selected casting was PT test and also no any defect found.
