摘要 管柱处理系统设计是海洋平台钻机设计的重要部分,对提高钻井效率、降低操作人员劳动强度、节约钻井成本具有很大意义。该文针对第七代半潜式钻井平台目标任务按管柱类型不同将管柱处理系统分为钻杆/套管、隔水管处理系统,并根据各自的作业特点,结合作业工艺进行设备配置和布局研究,分析布置方案对平台钻井作业的影响,提出一种双井架海洋钻机管柱处理系统设备配置和布局方案,可为双井口海洋钻机及其管柱自动化处理系统工程设计提供参考。 The design of the string processing system is an important part of the design of the offshore platform drilling rig. It is of great significance for drilling efficiency improvement, labor intensity reduction and drilling cost decrease. Aiming at the objectives of the seventh generation of the semi-submersible drilling platform, the string processing system has been divided into drilling pipe, casing and riser system according to different string types. It carries out the equipment configuration, layout study and the analysis of the influence of the layout plan on the platform drilling operation based on the operation characteristics together with the operation technology. Finally, it proposes the equipment configuration and the layout plan of the string processing system for the dual derrick offshore rig, which can provide reference for the engineering design of the offshore drilling rig and its string automation processing system.
