Restricting Factors and Improving Path of Supply Efficiency of Vegetable Industry Chain in Jiangsu

我国蔬菜产业发展迅速但也存在价格波动加剧、食品安全风险突出等问题。以江苏为例,分析蔬菜产业链供给效率低的主要问题及原因,分析制约蔬菜产业链供给效率提升的因素,提出对策建议,以期为我国蔬菜产业链供给效率的进一步提升明确方向。

In China vegetable industry has developed rapidly, but there are many problems, such as price fluctuation aggravated,risk prominent in food safety and so on. Taking Jiangsu as an example,the paper analyzes the main problems and reasons of low supply efficiency ofvegetable industry chain,studies the restricting factors of promoting supply efficiency of vege-table industry chain,and puts forward some countermeasures to clear the direction for further improving the supply efficiency of vegetable industry chain in China.
