Application of photovoltaic technology in Jiangsu Oilfield

摘要 简要介绍光伏电池及转换控制技术,以及发展现状,根据工作环境、用电设备、安装场地、安全保障等条件,分析了光伏技术在油田生产中应用的可行性。通过光伏并网供电与直接供电两种方式进行对比,认为将光伏直流电直接嵌入现有的直流用电场合,具有较好的应用前景。针对油田使用的中频电源,研制了光伏嵌入式装置,实现了光伏与网电联合供电,在江苏油田Z93中转站、Z84井中应用后,投入回收期为5年左右、投入产出比约为1∶4。 This paper briefly reviews the state of the art relevant to the photovoltaic( PV) cell and the converting control technology. According to work environment,electric equipment,installation space and safety guarantee,it was analyzed the feasibility of the PV technology applied in oilfield production. The PV grid-connected power supply technology was compared with direct power supply technology. Results suggested that the existing direct current( DC) power directly embedded by PV DC posses good application prospect. Aiming at the intermediate-frequency( IF) power used in Jiangsu Oilfield,a PV embedded device was developed,which realizes the joint-power-supply including PV and grid. The technology was applied in the Z93 transfer station and the Z84 oil well in Jiangsu Oilfield. The payback period is about 5 years,and the input-output ratio is about 1∶ 4.
