Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema, and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods A total of 36 cases(36 eyes)of patients with diabetic macular edema from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the observation group.Another 36 cases(36 eyes)of similar diseases from October 2014 to October 2015 were chosen as the control group. The observation group were treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation, and the control group received only laser photocoagulation. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central retinal thickness(CMT)were compared between the two groups before treatment,1 month after treatment and 2 months after treatment, and the incidence of complications in the treatment was analyzed. Results BCVA and CMT in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).BCVA and CMT of the observation group in the first and second months after treatment were higher than those in the control group and there were all difference between them(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the main complications between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionConbercep combined with laser photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic macular edema, can better improve the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness, and less the postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
