琥珀酸索利那新联合吲哚美辛栓剂治疗女性膀胱过度活动症临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of solifenacin succinate combined with indometacin suppositories in treatment of female patients with overactive bladder

目的探讨琥珀酸索利那新联合吲哚美辛栓剂治疗女性膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年8月我院收治的OAB女性患者120例,随机分为两组。A组(60例)给予琥珀酸索利那新5mg/d,给予肛门塞吲哚美辛栓剂100mg,qn;B组(60例)给予琥珀酸索利那新5mg/d。治疗2周,观察用药前后24h平均排尿次数、24h平均尿失禁次数、24h平均单次尿量、尿急评分及膀胱过度活动症症状评分的变化。结果 A组24h平均排尿次数、24h平均尿失禁次数、尿急评分及膀胱过度活动症症状评分均低于B组,A组24h平均单次尿量高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均能耐受,但有10例出现药物不良反应,主要为轻度抗胆碱能作用,其中口干、眼干4例,视物模糊3例,消化不良3例。结论琥珀酸索利那新联合吲哚美辛栓剂可有效改善女性膀胱过度活动症的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of solifenacin succinate combined with indometacin suppositories in treatment of female patients with overactive bladder.Methods A total of 120 cases OAB patients in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:group A,group B(n=60,each).Patients in group A were given solifenacin succinate 5 mg/d and indometacin suppositories 100 mg,qn,in anus.Patients in group B were given solifenacin succinate 5mg/d.The period of treatement was 2 weeks.The difference before and after medication in the average micturition number of 24 hurination,the average urinary incontinence number of 24 hurination,the average single urine output of 24 hurination,urgency score and overactive bladder symptom score were observed.Results In group A,both the average micturition number of 24 hurination,the average urinary incontinence number of 24 hurination,urgency score and overactive bladder symptom score were shorter than group B.The average single urine output of 24 hurination in group A was higher than group B.There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).Patients in group A and group B could tolerate the treatment.But there were adverse reactions in 10 cases.The main manifestation of adverse reactions was slightly anticholinergic action including dry mouth and dry eye in 4 cases,blurred vision in 3 cases,and dyspepsia in 3 cases.Conclusion Solifenacin succinate combined with indometacin suppositories can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in female patients with OAB.It is worth wide application in clinical practice.
