聚焦解决模式对喉癌术后病人癌因性疲乏及生存质量的影响

Effect of solution-focused approach on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life among patients after laryngocarcinoma operation

[目的]探讨聚焦解决模式对喉癌术后病人癌因性疲乏及生存质量的影响。[方法]将76例喉癌术后化疗病人根据治疗顺序分成观察组和对照组各38例,对照组病人采用常规护理模式,观察组病人在常规护理基础上采用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预。采用癌因性疲乏自评量表、癌症病人生存质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)对病人的癌因性疲乏情况、生存质量进行评分。[结果]观察组病人癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组病人(P<0.05)。[结论]聚焦解决模式可改善喉癌术后化疗病人的癌因性疲乏,提高其生存质量。

Objective：to explore the effect of solution-focused approach on cancer-related fatigue（CRF） and quality of life among patients after laryngocarcinoma operation.Methods：A total of 76 cases of laryngocarcinoma chemotherapy patients after operation were divided into observation group（38 cases） and control group（38 cases） according to the visiting order.Patients in control group were treated with the routine nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with the solution-focused approach as the nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing mode.Self-rating Scale For Cancer-Related Fatigue and European Organization for Research and Treatment,Quality of life Questionnaire（QLQC30） were used to grade the condition of CRF and quality of life.Results：The scores of CRF in observation group was lower than the control group,the score of quality of life was higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Solution-focused approach could improve the CRF of laryngocarcinoma chemotherapy patients after operation and their quality of life.
