临床护理路径在口腔癌病人术前干预中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway on preoperative intervention of oral cancer patients

[目的]探讨临床护理路径在口腔癌病人术前干预中应用效果。[方法]将52例口腔癌病人随机分为对照组和观察组各26例,对照组病人采取常规的术前护理,观察组采取临床护理路径的术前干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL90)以及满意度问卷对病人进行调查与比较。[结果]观察组病人干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(t=5.706,P=0.000;t=5.646,P=0.000);两组病人SCL90得分比较,躯体化(t=3.144,P=0.003)、恐惧(t=2.213,P=0.032)、抑郁(t=2.128,P=0.038)、焦虑(t=4.205,P=0.000),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人干预后满意度高于对照组(t=6.305,P=0.043)。[结论]在口腔癌病人术前干预中应用临床护理路径可缓解病人抑郁及焦虑情绪、提高病人对护理干预的满意度。

Objective：to explore the application effect of the clinical nursing pathway in the preoperative intervention of oral cancer patients.Methods：A total of 52 patients with oral cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,26 cases in each.The control group adopted with routine preoperative nursing,and the observation group adopted with the preoperative intervention of the clinical nursing path.The patients were investigated and compared using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,the Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）,the Symptom Check List-90（SCL90）,and the Satisfaction Questionnaire.Results：after intervention,the observation group＇s SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group（t = 5.706,P = 0.000;t = 5.646,P = 0.000）;Compared SCL90 scores of the two groups,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05） in somatization（t = 3.144,P = 0.003）,fear（t = 2.213,P = 0.032）,depression（t = 2.128,P = 0.038）,and anxiety（t = 4.205,P = 0.000）.The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than those of the control group（t = 6.305,P = 0.043）.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway in the preoperative intervention of oral cancer patients could relieve patients＇ depression and anxiety and improve their satisfaction with the nursing intervention.
