摘要
以组织惯例演化为主线,以江西李渡酒业有限公司为样本,采用SPS案例研究法,从微创新角度探讨组织惯例内涵及其演化过程模型。基于文献回顾和案例分析,探索微创新对组织惯例演化的作用机理。研究发现:首先,在惯例演化搜索、变异及选择阶段,组织惯例分别以模仿式微创新、自主式微创新及延续式微创新3种方式演化;其次,在不同惯例演化阶段,微创新对组织惯例作用机理不尽相同;最后,在组织惯例演化过程中,惯例表现形式存在差异。
This study explore the process model of organizational routines connotation and its evolution,as the main line of the evolution of organizational routine,electing the sample Jiangxi LiDu Wine Co.Ltd.,adopting the method of SPS case study,from the perspective of micro innovation.Based on the review of literature,this paper explores the mechanism of effect of micro innovation impact on organizational routines.The study find:firstly,in the stage of routine search,the evolution of organizational routine is finished by imitational micro innovation;In the stage of routine mutate,the evolution of organizational routine is dealt with autonomic micro innovation;In the stage of routine select,the evolution of organizational routine is got through with durative micro innovation.Secondly,in different evolutionary stages,the mechanism of effect of micro innovation impact on organizational routines are different.Finally,the expression of routines have different forms.
