基于军民融合战略背景,阐述高校军工科研平台开展武器装备科研生产活动的资源优势和技术特色,深入分析军工科研平台与区域经济融合发展影响因素,提出军工科研平台服务区域经济发展的有效路径、对策和建议。探索实践高校军工科研平台与区域经济融合发展的有效模式,推动区域科技创新资源共享,促进区域经济发展。

Based on the strategic background of military-civilian integration,resource advantages and technical features of scientific research and production activities of weapons and equipment carried out by military scientific research platforms in universities were discussed.Factors influencing the development of military scientific research platforms and regional economy were deeply analyzed and the effective path,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of military scientific research platforms to serve regional economy were put forward.The effective mode of the integrated development of military scientific research platforms and regional economy was explored to promote resource sharing of regional science and technology innovation as well as regional economic development.
