摘要
高原地区道路线形复杂,自然条件恶劣,道路基础设施建设严重落后,城市道路及公路交通事故频发,交通安全问题日益严峻.以云南省2010—2015年城市道路和公路交通事故数据为基础,对9 543条交通事故数据进行分类、信息提取等处理,基于道路级差将城市道路和公路分离,在不同时间空间、事故特点、气象因素、照明条件、交通设施等不同敏感因素条件下进行对比分析讨论,并对道路交通事故提供预防对策和控制措施.以此发现城市道路交通事故与公路交通事故的各方面异同,有效保障道路交通安全.
Because of the complex road alignment in the plateau region,accompanied by the poor natural conditions and the backward road infrastructure construction,urban road and highway traffic accidents take place frequently,and the problem of traffic safety is more and more serious.The data of9543 traffic accidents is classified and information extraction processing,based on the urban road and highway traffic accident data of Yunnan Province in 2010—2015.The urban roads and highways are separated based on road grade gap and the results are reanalysed according to different time and space,accident characteristics,meteorological factors,lighting conditions,traffic facilities and other sensitive conditions.The proposed method provides the strategies and control measures for road traffic accident.The similarities and differences between the urban road and highway traffic accidents are found to protect the road safety effectively.
