在工程项目建设决策阶段,利用有限的小样本数据,通过一次累加生成,使用最小二乘法解求待估参数,解一阶线性微分方程,得到一次累加生成的时间响应函数,建立起灰色系统预测模型.通过预测模型可以快速、准确地作出建设项目总投资预测,为相关企业决策提供重要的参考依据.

In the decision-making stage of project construction,the paper make use of limited small sample data and accumulated generating operation to solve estimative parameters by least squares,then gets time responsive function and finally sets up grey system prediction model.The model can help relative enterprises make the total investment prediction rapidly and accurately and provide the important reference for their decisions.
