5-磺酸-2-氨基苯甲酸改性聚酰胺6平板膜的制备及其性能

摘要 为了提高聚酰胺6(PA6)平板膜的抗污染性能,将一定量的5-磺酸-2-氨基苯甲酸(5SAA)与ε-己内酰胺共聚,在PA6中引入亲水的磺酸基团,通过红外分析(FT-IR)、热重分析法(TGA)、差热扫描分析(DSC)表明成功制得带有磺酸基团的聚酰胺6(SPAmine6-2.5);采用浸没沉淀法制备SPAmine6-2.5平板膜,探究不同凝固浴对SPAmine6-2.5的成膜性能、膜的理化性质和耐污染能力的影响.通过ATR-IR和KRUSS动态接触角测定仪表征膜的化学结构及亲水性.结果表明:5SAA的引入大大提高膜表面的亲水性及抗污染能力,当凝固浴为水∶乙醇(质量比)=74∶26时制备的平板膜的水接触角最小为50°,通量为289.1 L/(m2·h),纯水回复率最大为65%,比PA6平板膜提高了54%. In order to improve the anti -fouling properties of PA6 flat membrane, hydrophilic sulfonic acid groups were introduced into PA6 by copolymerization of a certain amount of 5-sulfonic acid-2-amino benzoic acid (5SAA) and s-caprolactam. The results of FT-IR,TG and DSC showed that polyamide 6 with sulfonic acid group (SPAmine6-2.5) was successfully obtained. SPAmine6-2.5 flat membranes were prepared by immersion - precipitation method. The effects of different coagulation baths on the film-forming properties, the physical and chemical properties and the resistance to contamination of SPAmine6 -2.5 were investigated. The surface chemistry and hydrophilicity of films were analyzed by FT-IR and KRUSS dynamic contact angle measuring instrument. The results showed that the hydrophilicity and anti -fouling ability of the membrane were greatly improved by the introduction of 5SAA. When the coagulation bath with water : ethanol = 74 : 26, the water contact angle of the flat membrane was 50.and the flux was 289.1 L/(m2,h), the recovery rate of pure water was 65%,which was increased by 54% than that of the PA6 flat membrane.
