纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗肝性脑病的临床效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究纳洛酮联合醒脑静注射液对肝性脑病患者神经毒性物质及炎症因子的影响。方法肝性脑病患者100例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,每组50例。对照组患者给予纳洛酮治疗,观察组在此基础上给予醒脑静治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果、神经毒性物质水平、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果与对照组临床治疗总有效率相比,观察组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者β-内啡肽、血氨水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合醒脑静注射液能显著提高肝性脑病患者临床治疗效果,降低神经毒性物质水平和炎症因子水平,不良反应少,安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing injection on neurotoxic materials and inflammatory factors in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods 100 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by using random number table method,50 cases in each group.Control group was given naloxone,while observation group was treated with Xingnaojing based on control group.The curative effects,levels of neurotoxic materials,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels ofβ-endorphin and blood ammonia in two groups were lower than those before treatment,respectively.The levels ofβ-endorphin and blood ammonia in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these markers in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing injection can increase curative effects,decrease the levels of neurotoxic materials and inflammatory factors,which has less adverse reactions and higher safety.
