急性闭塞性脑梗死介入溶栓术的护理观察

Nursing observation of interventional thrombolysis for acute obstructive cerebral infarction

目的分析急性闭塞性脑梗死介入溶栓术的护理效果。方法运用随机抽样的方法选择治疗的急性闭塞性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上给予整体护理,比较2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果对照组有效率为76.0%,观察组96.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的生活质量评分均有所提高,且观察组生活质量改善程度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为12.0%,护理满意度为74.0%,观察组则分别为2.0%和94.0%,与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率明显降低,护理满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上给予整体护理,能够有效提高介入溶栓术治疗急性闭塞性脑梗死的临床效果,有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量和满意度,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing care for interventional thrombolysis in acute obstructive cerebral infarction.Methods We performed a retrospective analysis in 100 patients with acute obstructive cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.According to the random principle,we defined two groups(observation group and control group).The control group was given primary nursing care.The observation group was given holistic nursing on the basis of primary nursing care.The main outcomes were the clinical effect,living quality,complication and patient satisfaction.The difference of the outcomes were compered between two gropes.Results A total of 100 patients was included for analysis.50 patients were given primary nursing care and 50 weregiven holistic nursing on the basis of primary nursing care.The effective rate of the control group was 76.0%,the observation group was 96.0%,it has significant difference(P<0.05).The living quality scores of both groups were improved.The improvement of the living quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and it has significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate was 12.0%,the patient satisfaction was 74.0% of the control group,the observation group was 2.0%and 94.0%respectively.Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was significantly decreased,the patient satisfaction was improved obviously,it has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It could improve the clinical effect of interventional thrombolysis in the treatment of acute obstructive cerebral infarction in patients who were given holistic nursing on the basis of primary nursing care.It could also reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient quality of life and patient satisfaction.Holistic nursing on the basis of primary nursing care is worthful and could be promoted in clinical nursing care.
