亚低温对脑出血患者微创术后血清S100B及MMP-9的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨亚低温对脑出血患者微创术后血清S100B及MMP-9的影响。方法选取南阳市第二人民医院收治的44例脑出血患者,所有患者均给予微创血肿清除术,随机分为观察组与对照组,术后均给予常规治疗,观察组给予亚低温治疗。术前及术后第1、3、7天采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清S100B及MMP-9含量,并进行对比分析。结果术前2组血清S100B及MMP-9含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术后第1、3天血清S100B及MMP-9含量逐渐升高,第3天时达最高峰,而后逐渐降低,至第7天时低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后第1天血清S100B及MMP-9含量达最高峰,后逐渐降低,且均明显低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创术后脑出血患者的血清S100B及MMP-9水平均明显升高,且亚低温治疗可降低血清S100B及MMP-9水平,减轻炎症反应,促进患者神经功能的恢复,改善患者的预后,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of mild hypothermia on serum S100 Band MMP-9 in cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive removal surgery.Methods Forty-four patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive removal surgery were selected and were divided into observation group(22 cases)and control group(22 cases).All the patients were given conventional therapy,and the observation group was given mild hypothermia therapy besides.The serum levels of S100 Band MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before operation and on the first,third and seventh day after operation,and were comparatively analyzed between the two groups.Results The serum levels of S100 Band MMP-9 between the two groups before operation had no significant difference(P>0.05).The serum S100 Band MMP-9 in the control group increased at the first,third day,and reached the top at third day,then gradually decreased.On the seventh day,the serum S100 Band MMP-9 levels were lower than those before operation.On the first day,the serum S100 Band MMP-9 levels of the patients in the observation group reached the peak,then decreased gradually,and were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After minimally invasive surgery,the serum S100 Band MMP-9 levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage are increasing significantly.Mild hypothermia can reduce the serum S100 Band MMP-9 levels,reduce inflammation,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve the prognosis and the quality of life.
