急性脑梗死患者血载脂蛋白A1载脂蛋白B的变化分析

Analysis of the changes of serum apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的变化。方法选取100例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,随机健康查体者为对照组。观察组给予降低颅内压、营养脑细胞、抗血小板聚集、抗凝血、降脂治疗。观察组于住院1、7、14d清晨、对照组于体检日清晨空腹测定血清ApoA1和ApoB。结果观察组血清ApoA1明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清ApoB明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ApoB/ApoA1明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1d与治疗7d血清ApoA1、ApoB、NIHSS均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗14d血清ApoA1明显高于治疗1d和7d(P<0.05);治疗14d血清ApoB、NIHSS评分明显低于治疗1d和7d(P<0.05)。患者血清ApoA1与NIHSS评分有明显负相关关系(r=-0.836,P<0.05);患者血清ApoB与NIHSS评分有明显正相关关系(r=0.914,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清ApoA1、ApoB与患者的病情明显相关,临床应密切关注。

Objective To study the changes of serum apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were enrolled into the observation group and random health check people as the control group.The observation group patients were gived to reduce intracranial pressure,nutrition,brain cells,anti platelet aggregation,anti coagulation,blood lipid therapy.The observation group in hospital 1,7,14 d morning,the control group in the early morning fasting were detected serum ApoA1 and ApoB.Results The serum ApoA1 in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum ApoB in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The ApoB/ApoA1 of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment of 1 dand the treatment of 7 dabout ApoB,NIHSS and ApoA1(P>0.05).Treatment of 14 din serum ApoA1 was significantly higher than that in the treatment of 1 dand 7 d(P<0.05).Treatment of 14 dserum ApoB,NIHSS score was significantly lower than the treatment of 1 dand 7 d(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between NIHSS score in patients and serum ApoA1(r=-0.836,P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the serum ApoB and NIHSS score in the patients(r=0.914,P <0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of ApoA1 and ApoB in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly related to the patient's condition.In the treatment,we should pay attention to the management of apolipoprotein.
