护理干预对急性脑梗死的作用

Efficiency of nursing intervention on mental status,therapeutic effect and outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨护理干预对急性脑梗死患者心理状态、治疗效果及预后的改善作用。方法选取2013-12—2015-12我院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为2组,对照组30例,给予常规的临床护理;干预组30例,在对照组护理的基础上给予具有针对性的护理干预,综合评价2组治疗前后的心理状态评分、治疗效果以及预后。结果治疗后干预组SAS评分、SDS评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后并发症率、复发率及病死率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急性脑梗死患者有针对性的护理干预,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁心理,显著改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore efficiency of nursing intervention on mental status,therapeutic effect and outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method In this study,60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with the conventional clinical nursing intervention and the intervention group was treated with additional targeted nursing intervention.The score of mental status,therapeutic effect and outcome were evaluated before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the scores in SAS and SDS of intervention group were significantly higher than control group(P <0.05).Intervention group had significantly higher total effective rate(93.3%)compared with the control group(66.7%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate,recurrence rate and mortality in intervention group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively relieve anxiety,depression and mental state,and improve the outcome in patients with acute cerebral infarction,so it is worthy of promotion in the clinical work.
