摘要
介绍了一期脱硫TXP DCS系统中用于与四台机组电除尘通讯的西门子CM104模块负荷优化前、后所在网络架构,针对优化前CM模块运行中常遇故障采取的优化措施;介绍了CM模块负荷成功优化的系列工作过程中遇到的困难及其解决方案,最后对西门子CM104优化前、后运行状况进行对比分析。
This paper firstly introduces the optimization measures which used on the first-stage project FGD TXP DCS sys-tem four unit plants electrostatic precipitator before the optimization on Siemens CM 104 module load,and frequent failure in CM module operation before optimization measures.This paper secondly introduces the difficulties which encountered in suc-cessful optimization of a series work processes and solutions.This paper thirdly analyses the optimization before and after.
