摘要
在嵌入式ARM-Linux平台上采用数字图像处理技术测量玻璃熔窑内的液面高度。介绍了图像处理法测量玻璃液面高度的原理,分析了玻璃熔窑液面高度控制系统的硬件组成,实现了嵌入式软件平台的搭建,特别是实现了OpenCV开源库在ARM-Linux上的移植,并采用Linux的视频模块V4L2实现了工业摄像头的数据采集,采用OpenCV开源库实现了图像处理和轮廓提取,并结合OpenCV的轮廓处理相关函数,给出了一种求玻璃液面高度的算法。最后进行了模拟实验,实验结果符合预期。创新之处在于使用嵌入式系统和OpenCV实现了玻璃熔窑的液面高度测量。
This paper studies the use of digital image processing technology in the embedded ARM -Linux platform to measure the liquid level in the glass furnace.This paper introduces the principle of measuring the height of the glass sur-face by image processing method,and analyzes the hardware composition of the height control system of the glass melting furnace,and realizes the construction of the embedded software platform.ln particular,the OpenCV open source library is transplanted on the ARM -Linux.The use of Linux video module V4L2 to achieve the industrial camera data acquisition, opencv open source library to achieve the image processing.
