摘要
针对制造业车间复杂的通信环境容易导致簇头不能均匀覆盖网络区域,造成能量消耗过大和网络能量不平衡的问题,提出制造物联网能量均衡聚类分簇算法。采用聚类思想,优化簇头选择机制,簇头间建立最短路径路由,保证网络能量平衡,延长网络寿命。仿真实验表明,相对于LEACH-HPR算法,发生节点死亡时间向后延长25%,簇头节点的覆盖面积提升15%接近100%;网络节点能量方差也明显好于LEACH-HPR算法。
This paper proposes an energy balance clustering routing algorithm for manufacturing networking.By using the clustering idea,optimizing the cluster head selection mechanism,establishing the shortest path cluster head routing,ensuring the network energy balance and extending the network life.Simulation experiments show that compared with LEACH-HPR al- gorithm,this paper extends the death time of nodes by 25%,the coverage of cluster head nodes is 15% and the coverage rate is close to 100%.The energy variance of network nodes is also better than LEACH-HPR algorithm.
