染缸排产优化研究

摘要 针对以获得最大效益和实现最短时间安排为目标的印染企业的染缸排产问题,建立了订单和生产设备约束条件下的染缸排产模型。在企业订单和生产设备约束条件下,该印染排产模型主要以生产成本、生产安排时间和生产换缸次数作为目标函数,采用可变权重的改进粒子群算法求解,并通过实例验证该方法在应用于印染企业排产计划制定是可行有效的。 Aimed at to achieve maximum efficiency and achieve the shortest possible time to arrange for printing and dyeing enterprises vats of production scheduling problem,with orders and production equipment is established under thecondition of vats production scheduling model.Orders and production equipment in the enterprise under the constraint condi- tion,the printing and dyeing production scheduling model is mainly to the production cost,production time and the number of production in cylinder as objective function,and using the variable weight of improved particle swarm algorithm.
